Sassy Secret offers wigs that are "Ready to Ship" & wigs that require processing times up to 12 weeks. This means that when you place an order for a wig, it could ship the next day or within 12 weeks, depending on what type of wig you select. Synthetic wigs are typically shipped next day while human hair wigs are typically shipped at a later date.

Delivery time on domestic orders is 1-4 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY). International orders are also shipped via UPS or DHL. For International orders, you should allow up to 3-7 Business days for delivery. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more detailed information including International Shipping time frames.

Sassy Secret uses USPS Express or USPS Next Day Air for overnight delivery. However, UPS does not guarantee overnight delivery to some zip codes. This is usually in small rural/remote towns, in which case the items will arrive on the second day.

You may check the status/tracking of your order by clicking the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Once you are logged in you can view/track your order. You can also email us at customerservice@sassysecret.com or by calling 866-BE-SASSY Monday thru Friday between 9am to 4pm central standard time. We will respond to your inquiry promptly. Please ensure that you include your full name, date of your order, and/or the order number.

A tracking number is only issued when your order has shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number to track your package.

Sassy Secret does offer some small sizes in select styles. We currently do not carry large caps in stock. All our stock units are medium size ranging from 22.25-22.75 inches in circumference. For larger size caps, we encourage you to place a custom order for the unit you are interested in.

We are located in Kansas City and are only aware of salons here locally that perform Lace Wig Applications. We are not aware of any salons outside of the Kansas City Metro area that offer lace wig application. Most large cities like Atlanta, New York, Miami etc. will have many salons/shops that offer these services. We recommend doing a Google search for local lace wig shops or salons.

Yes. All Lace Wig purchases come with a set of step by step application and care instructions. You will also receive a complimentary wig cap with any lace wig purchase.
