If you experience extreme tangling or matting within 6 months of your purchase, you can choose to have repair services completed on your human hair wig. One of our Beauty Technicians will check the inside of your wig or underside of the hairpiece to diagnose the damage and determine if it can be restored. You can choose from having your wig restored with its current hair which includes detangling and removing mats or you can choose to have a repair to have the hair replaced. We will have your wig repaired and returned to you for you to enjoy. Typically, 4-6 weeks for completion.
