Sassy Secret's Wig Repair Service

Sassy Secret's Wig Repair Service are only for Human Hair wigs. If you experience wig shedding within 6 months of your purchase you can choose to have repair services on your human hair wig. (wigs that are older will not qualify for this service as the typical wear and tear on the wig will not allow proper repairs) One of our Beauty Technicians will check the inside of your wig or underside of the hairpiece to diagnose the damage and determine if it can be restored. If so we will have your wig repaired and returned to you for you to enjoy. Typically 4-6 weeks for completion.

BEFORE shipping your wig to Sassy Secret please ensure you do the following

1. Wash your wig
2. Remove all products from the hair (oils, glue, chemicals etc)
3. Contact Customer Service for return address 1-866-BE-SASSY

**Any wig received that hasn't been cleaned, older than 6 months, has holes, rips or tears will be disposed of and store credit will be issued**
